Quality Assurance
& VALIDATION
Inspection, testing, documentation, and final review for custom FRP tanks, aquaculture systems, pressure-related structures, containment, and fabricated composite products.
BUILT TO PERFORM. VERIFIED BEFORE RELEASE
Our final review process helps confirm that finished composite structures are ready for the requirements of installation and service.
Quality is Part of the Build.
A fiberglass tank, vessel, containment structure, or custom FRP component must do more than look complete. It must be evaluated for workmanship, geometry, interfaces, and applicable functional requirements before it is released for shipment or installation.
At LEVEL 08, final inspection is not an afterthought. It is a structured part of how we prepare custom composite products for real-world use. The approach is tailored to the product: a large aquaculture tank, process vessel, pressure-related structure, pool shell, molded part, or custom fabrication may require different review points and validation steps.
Our objective is straightforward: identify concerns early, resolve them correctly, document what is required, and deliver a product that is ready for the intended system and service environment.
INSPECTION PROCESS
Visual & Workmanship Inspection
Visual inspection is the first and most universal line of quality control. It allows our team to examine the exterior and, where accessible, the interior condition of the composite structure, including surfaces, laminate transitions, seams, penetrations, edges, reinforcements, and installed hardware.
• Surface cracks, crazing, scratches, and abrasion
• Gel-coat condition and finish consistency
• Dry fiber, resin-starved areas, visible voids, or porosity
• Laminate irregularities, wrinkles, or unfinished trim
• Surface contamination or foreign material
• Seam, transition, edge, and reinforcement workmanship
• Fitting alignment, flange condition, and penetration finish
• Handling or machining damage around openings and connections
