Our round cone-bottom tanks are engineered to thicken and concentrate biosolids by gravity, making solids management faster and more reliable. As water slows inside the vessel, settleable waste drops out of suspension and collects in the cone, where it’s directed to a bottom discharge outlet for clean, controlled sludge purging. This design reduces solids carryover, lowers routine maintenance time, and helps keep water clarity and system performance consistent.

Cone-bottom geometry is a proven approach in RAS, aquaponics, fish farms, hatcheries, and wastewater pretreatment, especially where frequent solids removal is required. Tanks can be configured with cone drain ports, sludge valves, and flush/cleanout options to minimize downtime and simplify operation.

For improved drainage and reduced solids hang-up, cone designs are commonly built with 30°, 45°, or 60° slopes—allowing you to match the cone angle to your solids load and cleaning frequency.
